Graham Hill – Senior Project Manager
Graham is a Senior Project Manager who likes to take an active role in managing the construction team. In recent years Graham spends much of his time assisting in marketing and tender returns, having handed the production team seniority position over to Lee Palmer
Graham has over 40 years’ experience in the construction industry with in excess of 25 years in the rail sector, and has an excellent track record of successful project completion on both London Underground and Network Rail infrastructure.
Graham started his career as an apprentice Carpenter & Joiner and has worked on commercial and domestic premises. Graham joined D&D as a Supervisor / Carpenter back in 1995 and progressed through all levels of management to his current position as Senior Project Manager.
Graham is dedicated to ensuring the safe delivery of all projects. He is an excellent communicator and enjoys many long term relationships with both clients and sub-contractors. Graham is very proactive in his management approach and is not afraid to challenge existing ideas to achieve the best outcome for the project.
In Graham’s spare time he served for 7 years as a Retained Fire Fighter for Essex County Fire and Rescue Service, attaining the rank of Leading Hand and then Acting Sub Officer.
