Lee joined D&D Rail Ltd in 2002. He has successfully undertaken and completed a wide range of projects. These projects consist of station refurbishments, new builds, non-intrusive & intrusive surveys including confined space, CMS installations, lift shaft steel strengthening, hoarding installations, ceiling installations, forming new penetrations, constructing new concrete bases, scaffolding erection, civil works in conjunction with Lift & Escalator replacements, within both London Underground Ltd and Network Rail environments.
Contributing to the construction phase, Lee also produces handover documentation in the form of MAID, generates and manages baseline Primavera P6 Programmes and provides Conceptual Design Statement input for temporary works.
Lee has progressed to his position as Project Manager with the ability to work alone or within a team, and works closely with both Site Management and the Client to ensure D&D Rail Ltd maintain good working relationships and deliver completed projects on time and within budget to the highest standard.
