Project: Northfields Depot – Tube Lines Connect Enabling Works at South Ealing Station, Boston Manor Station & Northfields Depot

The new SDP base was constructed adjacent to the Depot access road.  A new cable riser and draw pit were incorporated in the pour along with existing cable ducts at low level within the slab.  A new lamp post was installed and also a new cable run linking the existing cable run to the new SDP area.  Load possessions were arranged with the DDM and with protection masters in attendance all the troughs were built during normal day shifts.  Deep UTX’s were also required to gain access to the newly installed troughs.
