Works included general refurbishment of disused station, currently being utilised by London Underground as a station for marketing purposes (film sets, exhibitions, army and police training).

Works comprised of upgrading various rooms to LUL Section 12; renewal of doors; removal of various trial areas of platform surfaces, remedial works/diversion works for water ingress. Works also comprised of general refurbishment of heritage features, spiral staircase refurbishment and redecoration of key areas.
