Project: Kilburn Station – Roofing Works

The existing rendered walls to Upper & Lower Roof Areas required attention due to water ingress into the Station Entrance below.  As part of our framework for Minor & intermediate Works we were required to clean off the existing debris, scrape off existing loose paint and paint 1 x coat of Mapei Malech Acrylic Water-Based Primer & 2 x coats of Mapei Silancolor Paint White as specified to aid the water ingress issues.

Works were undertaken around existing glazed roof lights with potential for falls during the painting activities.  Our experienced, harness trained painters carried out these works using fixed lanyard PPE to pull tested eyebolts fixed into the brickwork structure.
