Project: Kingsbury Station – Water Ingress Works

Existing Lift Lobbies to both Platforms 1&2 had issues with water ingress believed to be appearing from underside of structural slab.  Our task was to expose the structural slab below FFL and create new construction joints complete with water proof sealant to eliminate the water ingress.

 All works were undertaken during engineering hours.  Both lobbies were to be temporary protected at the end of each shift to ensure lifts were brought back into service at the start of traffic hours.

New screeds placed within Switch Cupboards to raise 75mm above FFL.

Existing dilapidated Aco-drainage floor channel replaced with new.

Floor tiles and lift clad panels reinstated to a finish.
