Our task was to refurbish the redundant welfare area at Waterloo Station for the LUL Lift & Escalator Project Team. These works included cleaning to doors, walls, floors and suspended ceilings throughout, replacing damaged sections of suspended ceilings where required, redecoration of walls & replacement of existing raised access flooring with new to office areas, replace edge protection & paint risers including non-slip nosings to metal stair within office areas and replace existing tiled splash back with new including plastering to Mess Room.
