Project: Wembley Park Station – Bridge MR32F Structure Refurbishment

This contract is for the maintenance of an existing Train Crew Accommodation Bridge MR32F at Wembley Park Station, works were required to prepare delaminated areas of steelwork to ST3 Standard followed by a re-paint to the whole structure with a protective paint system.

The bridge spans above the six platforms located on this station, therefore working at height was a contribution to this project to allow refurbishment to both inside and outside of the structure.  Works were undertaken safely to the outside steel members from mobile scaffold towers erected at platform and track levels, as well as inside steel members by harness and fall arrest system whilst the glass balustrade panels were removed and replaced each shift.
